Personal Information:

Whether you are a prospective client or a current client, we collect data (see Personal Information below) when you register on Solvo for the purpose of booking your first free coaching session as well as for the follow on sessions, as part of your engagement with your coach.

To help us plan, coordinate and communicate with you, we will require certain Personal Information such as:

• Your first and last name,

• Your email address,

• Your phone number,

• Your address.

This Personal Information will be used for the purpose of communicating with clients throughout the duration of the client/coach engagement. For example, you may receive email reminders or text message reminders for an upcoming coaching appointment. 

At Solvo, we pride ourselves for maintaining our clients and our employees confidentiality, therefore no coaching sessions will be recorded, whether audio or video. We require our clients and our coaches to abide by this with no exception.

Solvo's Services do not collect any Personal Health Information as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and the use of our services does not require HIPAA compliance.

Please note that Solvo does not sell, rent your Personal Information under any circumstances and does not share your Personal Information with Third Parties.

Payment Processing:

Payment processing will be made available to you through the Wix Payments and Stripe Platforms. You will have great flexibility by being able to use Apple Pay as well as the 8 major Credit Cards currently available.

Note that your personal and billing information will be collected directly by our third-party payment processors (Wix Payments and Stripes).

Solvo does not obtain nor process your billing information.
